This textbook is an introduction to French Business Litigation. It deals not only with French domestic proceedings, but also with unfair competition procedure and European and international business litigation, in order to offer foreign lawyers a complete overview of the subject. Since European law is part of French law, it is studied as such (especially in French cases applying EU regulations).
